1st off let me say this! If you do not have a clue what a professional pinup model is, try looking up the exact definition! It's a wonderful career in a positive industry filled with millions of professionals & fans!
The word Pinup was created just after WWII. It became a popular term to describe models during the early 50' throughout the 60's. Some famous movie starlets were often referred to as, and considered pinups.
During the Vietnam War, pinup models played a key role in uplifting the spirits of our American soldiers at war! Being a professional pinup who knows the entire history of what I do on a professional level; is something I'm extremely proud to be apart of, and represent!
Now, as far as my many, countless educational achievements; the list is long! I've spent the past 4 years or so furthering my education in many different areas of beauty.
My biggest educational achievement was spending over 2 and a half years, then graduating from The New York Institute of Art and Design! It took lots of brain power, willpower, studying, researching, taking notes, passing exams, listening to lessons & lectures, and doing many projects! I excelled, and it wasn't exactly easy, but it was rewarding and fun!
Since around that time, I continued to further my education. I successfully completed a Financial Markets course at Yale University online. I took 3 courses on Shakespearen study at Harvard University online.
I've taken many beauty courses involving makeup, and fashion. I love to learn, and I love to teach! Recently, I enrolled in 4 new beauty related courses, completed them, and gained new certificates!
I've been a professional vintage/pinup hairstylist & wardrobe Stylist, plus an instructor for over 10 years! I've styles dozens upon dozens of clients & pinup models. Most of them set goals to gain publication in top pinup magazines, and I made that goal a reality for them; with the help of many amazingly talented professional photographers!
I, myself, have had tremendous success throughout my pinup career, over the past 12 years! Lots of hard work, lots of proper communication, lots of researching, applying my creativity, knowledge, skills, talent and positive energy!
I created a name for myself within the pinup industry over years by hard work, and consistency! Models, photographers, stylists, business owners, clothing companies, performers, event hosts, bands, singers, and fans! The pinup industry is worldwide, popular since the 1950's, and is an industry rich with extremely talented people that adore vintage!
I'll ALWAYS be proud to be, and to have been a professional pinup model, and vintage stylist! No one's negative outlook, words or opinions can steal my joy, my motivation & inspiration to keep doing something I'm passionate about, and absolutely, positively no one can take away my pride!
You don't have to be involved in our pinup community, or the pinup industry, you don't have to know what the true definition of a professional pinup is; you don't have to like vintage styles, or even respect those of us at a professional level, and highly accomplished!
Just note; all my educational achievements, success, experience, and pride can never be erased or downplayed!
As far as the people I choose to have apart of my life; I don't have any friends, or family who hate pinup, disrespect it, or aren't proud of my countless achievements! I ONLY have positive people surrounding me, by sheer choice, because negative energyis dangerous for your mental & physical health!
