My mini Mehndi party/ceremony outfit!

There is attire for every occasion, especially special occasions. I've had this beautiful Punjabi suit for awhile, now, and have yet to wear it. I did take a few shots on it when I did my wardrobe test, and took product reviews photos to post on Amazon.

It was fairly inexpensive, beautiful, high quality material, fit perfectly, and fast shipping. I don't think my husband loves it as much as I do, but it's definitely lovely, and traditional looking.

I probably won't wear the chunni, definitely not as a dupatta, but who knows; I just might wear it for a few photos the day I go get my henna done. I'll wear some comfy gold ballet style slippers, gold jewelry, but not too much. Instead of my gold, upscale clutch purse, I'll probably end up using my bridal purse. It will match with many outfits that have gold details.

During the days before our wedding, my hair will in ponytail styles. My wedding day bridal look will be in a detailed ponytail style; so I'll probably wash it a few days before the wedding, and keep it maintained upwards.

This outfit is comfortable, so it'll be perfect to wear while I get my mani/pedi, and my henna done. I'm planning to get a very detailed, traditional henna art styled on both sides of both hands, possibly my lower arms, too. I'll get my toes, feet, and lower legs done in henna, as well.

The nail shop is in the same shopping plaza as the henna shop. Apparently, there are 2 different nail shops in that plaza. I'm definitely not going back to the one that did my manicure/pedicure for our engagement celebration. 😕 However; I'll make an appointment at the other one for me, my Mother, and my cousin to get ours done, there. Then, we simply walk on over to the henna shop.

Nails 1st, then henna. Gotta remember to stay at the henna shop at least 30 minutes before leaving, because it takes about an hour for the henna art to fully dry. I left soon after I got my henna done for the 1st time, and messed it up a bit.

This time around, I'll stay at least 30 minutes. My cousin will get her henna art done after I get mine, by the same fabulous artist; so that'll give me time to let mine dry a bit before we leave.

I'm planning ahead in full detail, and have been, because the more planning we do, the more confident I'll feel about everything going smoothly.
